COWDENBEATH 1, HAMILTON ACADEMICAL 0
Kyle Miller scored for the second successive home game to ensure all three points in an entertaining game with Hamilton at Central Park.
It took the youngster only 12 minutes to score what proved to be the only goal of the match when he fired the ball home following a Scott Linton corner.
Despite pre-match injury worries over Colin Cameron and Lewis Coult it was an unchanged side which took the field at a rainy Central Park with midweek signing Zeph Thomas making his debut from the bench when he replaced Greg Stewart for the closing 26 minutes.
The result leaves us in fifth place with six points along with Airdrie United, who we meet next week at the Excelsior Stadium, and neighbours Dunfermline Athletic who beat the Diamonds on saturday.
Match Sponsors Premier Services awarded their Man of the Match award to Marc McKenzie.
