THE KIDS ARE UNITED!
Saturday’s visit from Hamilton Accies saw the club take another step forward in building links with the local community.
Half time entertainment was provided by local club Cowdenbeath United who whose 2005s side played Hillfield Swifts Blues 2005s.
Over the course of the season the United youngsters will play 7 a side games at all of our games at Central Park.
Cowdenbeath United with SFA Quality Mark recognition is a friendly club with a positive ethos. Development of each player’s basic skills along with enjoyment for all is the priority of everyone involved at the club.
There are currently five teams registered with the SYFA who participate in the Fife Soccer 7s at Pireavie between March and October.
These teams are represented at 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 & 2005.
Cowdenbeath United train at the Sheepfields at the end of Watson Place, Cowdenbeath on a Wednesday evening for 2003, 2004 & 2005 and a Thursday night for 2001 and 2002s.
