MATCH PREVIEW DUNDEE

Match day 33 See’s us play a side with aspirations of the title for a second successive week when we head over the River Tay to face Dundee at Dens Park witha 3 p.m. kick off.

While the main footballing focus in the City of Discovery will be rivals Dundee United’s Scottish Cup Semi Final it’s a big afternoon for both the Dee and Cowden with both desperate for three points for different reasons.

Although almost the full length of the Championship table separates the sides we have held the upper hand in the three meetings of the sides winning both home and away.

Dundee however won the first match between the sides back in October when goals in each half from Craig Beattie and Ryan Conroy saw them leave Central Park with a 2-0 win.

Our visit to Dens Park in December saw Kane Hemmings and Jordan Morton score either side of Jim McAllister to give Jimmy Nicholl his first win following his return to Central Park.

The Dee’s return to Central Park saw us run out 2-0 winners thanks to goals from Rory McKeown (on his debut) and Greg Stewart who will be moving to Dens Park in the summer.

DUNDEE FORM
