MATCH PREVIEW – RANGERS (AWAY)
Posted March 28, 2015
Saturday afternoon see’s us continue our busy schedule of Championship games when we make our final visit of the season to Ibrox to face Rangers with a 3 p.m. kick off.
The Gers hold the upper hand in the three previous meetings with two wins while we of course drew at Central Park earlier this month.
The first meeting in November at Central Park saw Rangers run out 3-0 winners with goals from Nicky Law, Kyle Mitchell (og) and David Templeton.
The following month then saw a Nicky Clark goal separate the sides at Ibrox while the sides fought out a goal less game three weeks ago.
Assistant manager Lee Makel takes charge of the side while Jimmy Nicholl is away on international duty with Northern Ireland.
Kenny Adamson will start a two game suspension on Saturday after his sending off against Falkirk on Tuesday.
COWDEN FORM
The draw with the Gers was the last time we won a league point. Since then we have gone down to defeats from Hibs (0-2), QOS (1-4) and Falkirk (0-1).
