U20s Fall To Heavy Defeat

Tuesday 4th October 2016, Development League East Match No 3.
The trip to Station Park proved to be a disappointing one as we went down to another heavy away defeat.
Ben MOONEY opened the scoring for the Loons with 16 minutes gone with a left foot strike from just inside the box and with ten minutes from the break Murray MacKINTOSH flicked home a second home goal following a corner.
The second half saw Kerr HAY bag a hat trick in a 19 minute spell, twice beating keeper Shaun Donogue in one on one situations’ with his third being a shot from the edge of the box.
A miserable night was then completed when Lyle KELLICHAN turned a cross into his own net for the Loons sixth goal.
