Under 20 Management Update

Cowdenbeath FC under 20s are to undergo a change of management.

Current coach Dean Ewing had recently made it known to the Club that he wished to step down from managing the under 20s due to his many Club and SFA commitments which include currently undertaking his UEFA B Licence. He kindly agreed to remain in charge until a successor was found. The Club would like to record their sincere thanks to Dean for his efforts which have seen several under 20s players transition into the first team squad. Dean will continue in his role as Cowdenbeath FC Community Coach.

The Club are delighted to announce that Dean's successor will be Grant Petrie. The 45 year old is currently under 17s coach at the Fife Elite Academy and earlier this year completed his UEFA A Licence. Prior to the creation of FEFA, Grant was a youth coach at Dunfermline Athletic and worked with a number of current professionals including Ryan Williamson (Scotland U21)and Lewis Spence, now of Dundee.
