We start the final quarter of the season with a trip over the border to face Berwick Rangers at Shielfield Park with a 3pm kick off.
The previous three games between the sides this season have all gone in our favour.
Back in August goals from Jordyn Sheerin, Martin Scott, Pat Scullion and Robbie Buchanan saw us run out comfortable 4-0 winners at Central Park in a match which saw both sides end with ten men after Kyle Miller and Robert Wilson were sent off.
Our visit to Shielfield in November was Johnny Harvey’s first league game in charge after taking over from Robbie Horn.
After John Neil was sent off early on two first half goals, the second from the penalty spot, from Harvey Swann put us in front with Fraser Mullen adding a third with ten minutes to go, whilst the Borderers ended the game with just eight players after Wilson was sent off once more along with Chris Hamilton.
Berwick’s second visit to Central Park just after the New Year saw us run out 2-0 winners with goals from David Cox and another Swann penalty whilst Ross Brown became Berwick’s fifth red card against us this season.
Berwick currently sit in ninth place with 15 points from 26 games although they are eight points ahead of bottom side Albion Rovers who have played a game more.
Last Saturday the Borders broke a run of seven successive league defeats when a late goal from former Hill of Beath Hawthorn striker Callum Adamson earned them a 1-1 draw with the Wee Rovers at Cliftonhill.
However on Tuesday night they were still looking for their first win since mid -November when they went down 1-0 to Edinburgh City at Ainslie Park, a run of 14 winless games.
Keeper Ryan Goodfellow, who recently joined Berwick on loan, will be ineligible to play in the game.
