Signing Update

Cowdenbeath boss Gary Bollan, despite being on holiday, has been busily involved in seeking to add to his squad for next season. Speaking to the Central Fife Times he revealed that ‘midfielder Gary Fraser was going to undergo pre-season training with full-time Premier League side Livingston, but he was still hopeful of fellow link man Blair Malcolm re-signing, while he has been involved in talks with three players who would be 'quality signings'. In addition a good central midfield player was on the verge of putting pen to paper.

The manager added: "Gary has been given the opportunity to train with Livi and he will see how things develop there but I think that Blair will be with us. There are three players I have been speaking to and hopefully things will develop over the next few days and I hope that I will have some good news about Jordan Allan in the coming week or so. "Things are starting to pick up in the signing market and I am hoping that we will have some interesting news for the fans in the coming weeks."
