New Signing

Cowdenbeath boss Gary Bollan was today delighted to conclude an agreement with goalkeeper Josh Rae and he has now put pen to paper and signed on at Central Park for the rest of the season. Josh of course was the trialist who played in goal in our last home match v Annan Athletic.

Josh is aged 19 and he made his Hamilton Under-20’s debut at just 13-years-old, their youngest ever player at that level. He then had a trial at Atletico Madrid in 2014 before joining Celtic in March 2014. He next moved to Leeds United in 2017 but left Elland Road in the close season. After a brief stint with Hibs, he played for Queen's Park, Edinburgh City and ourselves as a trialist but now is able to sign a contract with the opening of the January transfer window.

We are therefore very pleased to give Josh a hearty welcome to Central Park.
