Red Card Appeal

Cowdenbeath FC made a claim to the SFA for Wrongful Dismissal in respect of the sending off of Chris Hamilton in Saturday's match v Stirling Albion.

CFC believed that the red card issued for serious foul play should be downgraded to a yellow card. Unfortunately the hearing did not agree and the red card stands, meaning Chris now has a 2 match ban. Cowdenbeath's appeal fee of £250 was also forfeited.
