Community Testing In Fife

Fife’s first community testing centre for people with no Covid-19 symptoms is now open at The Maxwell Centre, Stenhouse Street, Cowdenbeath. The centre will be open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 11am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

If you live or work in Cowdenbeath, Lochgelly and Lumphinnans and have no symptoms of Covid-19, please come along to The Maxwell Centre and get your free and fast test. Taking a test will help:

• stop the spread,
• get us back to normal quicker, and
• keep your loved ones and community safe.

Did you know that around 1 in 3 people with Covid-19 don’t have any symptoms but can still spread the virus to others? Community test centres allow you to find out fast if you have the virus and if you need to self-isolate. Practical help is available if you’re asked to self-isolate.
