The Blue Brazil were held at home by Dumbarton in a match that was short in goal mouth action.
Neither keeper was seriously tested throughout the match but the home side had the lions share of possession and looked most likely to break the deadlock. The best chances came in the closing stages of the match with Gareth Wardlaw and John Dempster coming close before Darren McGregor had a guilt-edged opportunity to win the match with three minutes remaining after finding himself unmarked at the back post but was denied by point blank save by the Sons keeper.
The point moves the Blue Brazil closer to securing a play off place and in contention with the title hopefuls.
