It’s the start of the second quarter of the season as we welcome Stenhousemuir to Central Park with a 3pm kick off.
The first quarter was a disappointing one for both sides who sit at the foot of the table with six points from their opening nine games.
A point a piece from those totals came from when the sides met at Ochilview Park back in August when they fought out a 1-1 draw. Darren Christie’s opener for the Warriors midway through the second half was quickly cancelled out by Kris Renton.
Since then, Stephen Swift’s side had taken just one more league point from a 1-1 home draw with Forfar a fortnight ago after defeats from Kelty (1-4), Stranraer (0-2) and Elgin (1-2). They also bowed out of the SPFL Trust Trophy going out to Cove on penalties following a goal less game.
For us new signing Kane O’Connor is likely to make his home debut after an impressive performance in our 1-1 draw at Ainslie Park a fortnight ago against mid table Edinburgh City. He also scored for us in a closed door match with Peterhead last Thursday evening at Central Park.
