MATCH PREVIEW - GRETNA 2008 (H)

After Tuesday evening’s win over Edinburgh University, we are back at Central Park for our fourth successive home game as we welcome Gretna with a 3pm kick off.

After the midweek round of fixtures, which saw a 2-0 home defeat from Rangers B, Gretna fell to second bottom of the table with three points from their opening seven games. Those points came from a 7-2 home win over Edinburgh University with top scorer Russell Currie scoring four of his six goals against the students.

Their other games have seen defeats from University of Stirling (2-3), Caledonian Braves (0-6), Berwick Rangers (2-3) and Celtic B (1-4).

In the South Challenge Cup they went down 4-0 to Cambuslang Rangers in the First Round at Raydale Park.
