We end September with our fifth home game of the month as we welcome Cumbernauld Colts with a 3pm kick off.


LAST TIME OUT

Last Saturday we progressed into the Second Round of the Scottish Gas Scottish Cup when Jamie Docherty scored two penalties in a 2-1 extra time win over fellow Lowland League side Linlithgow Rose. Jamie has now scored eight goals this season.


THE OPPOSITION

It has been a good start to the league campaign for David Proctor’s side who sit in third place on 20 points from their opening 11 games.

So far they have had wins over Celtic B (1-0), University of Stirling (3-0), Linlithgow Rose (4-2), Gretna 2008 (6-0), Bo’ness United (3-0) and Broomhill (2-1). They have draw with Berwick Rangers (0-0) and East Stirlingshire (1-1) while they have lost to Tranent (1-5), Hearts B (1-2) and Civil Service Strollers (1-3).

In the South Challenge Cup they won 2-1 at Hill of Beath Hawthorn but lost to Broomhill at the Rock 3-1 in last Sunday’s Scottish Gas Scottish Cup tie.
