MATCH PREVIEW - CUMBERNAULD COLTS (A)

For penultimate away game of the season, we head to Broadwood Stadium to face Cumbernauld Colts with a 3pm.

Back in September the Colts won 2-0 at Central Park.


LAST TIME OUT

Stevie Crawford got off to a winning start last Saturday when an early Jamie Docherty goal, his 13th of the season, secured a 1-0 win over Linlithgow Rose at Prestonfield.


THE OPPOSITION

Colts have slipped down to fifth place in the table with 56 points from their 31 games played.

Overall, it has been a successful campaign for David Proctor’s side who reached the semi finals of both the South Challenge Cup and Lowland League Cup losing to local rivals Kirkintilloch Rob Roy (1-3) and Tranent (0-4).

Their 15 other league wins have come against Celtic B (1-0), University of Stirling (3-0), Linlithgow Rose (4-2), Gretna 2008 (6-0 & 4-1), Bo’ness United (3-0 & 2-1), Broomhill (2-1) Edinburgh University (3-2), East Stirlingshire (3-0), Gala Fairydean Rovers (4-1), Caledonian Braves (2-0 & 2-1), Berwick Rangers (2-1) and Hearts B (3-1).

There have been eight draws against Berwick Rangers (0-0), East Stirlingshire (1-1), Albion Rovers (1-1), Broomhill (2-2), University of Stirling (3-3), Civil Service Strollers (0-0), Linlithgow Rose (1-1) and Tranent (2-2).

Their seven defeats have come against Tranent (1-5), Hearts B (1-2), Civil Service Strollers (1-3), East Kilbride (0-2 & 1-2), Albion Rovers (0-1) and Celtic B (0-3).
