Williamson Wings In

We are delighted to announce the signing of 20 year old Max Williamson, who joins us at KY4 for the 2025/26 season.

The talented wide player arrives at Central Park following an outstanding campaign with Spartans Under 20s, where he contributed to an invincibles season in the Scottish Lowlands Development League and lifted the Combined Challenge Cup.

Max began his football journey at Hearts before making the move to Spartans. He then signed with Livingston, enjoying a loan spell at Broxburn Athletic. His career also saw him venture to the UAE, where he played for Fleetwood United FC Dubai, before returning to Scotland to rejoin Spartans.

We are excited that Max has chosen to continue his development with Cowdenbeath this season, and we look forward to seeing him make his mark for The Blue Brazil.

Max commented "I am really happy to have signed here at Cowdenbeath FC. I felt it was a really good opportunity for me to express my ability in a very competitive league. After talking with Colin about how the club worked, I felt they were the right team for me. I am looking forward to getting started and hopefully we will have a successful season."
