Captain Jack

The new Cowdenbeath FC club captain is Jack Denham.

Jack joined the club from Rosyth in February 2024 and has made 34 appearance for The Blue Brazil to date. He had a short loan spell at Dundonald Bluebell before returning and playing his part in the club's strong finish to the 2024/25 season.

We're also delighted to announce that our 6 foot 5 centre back has signed a new contract to extend his stay at Central Park until at least the end of the 2026/27 season.

Our new skipper commented "I am delighted to sign an extension. The gaffer's plans for the team are exciting and everything so far from the training to the games has been encouraging. Thanks to Nelly and the club for sorting the deal out and a thanks to the manager for putting his trust in me to captain the team, hopefully we can all push together and have a successful season."

A player who has progressed so much since I first came to the club. His attitude and hard work has made him stand out and I’m confident he will thrive as club captain."

Giving lads an opportunity and support and help them and they get their rewards with hard work and ability. He deserves his new contract and now as club captain has an even bigger role to play at the club on and off the pitch. He's a fantastic lad who hopefully will continue to kick on and progress further."
