Welcome Bryan Mwangi

We’re delighted to confirm that Bryan Mwangi has signed for the 2025/26 season.

The versatile wide player joins us following his time at Dundee United, where he gained valuable experience with loan spells at The Spartans and Broxburn Athletic.

Upon signing Bryan commented "I’m delighted to be joining Cowdenbeath. It’s a very close group with the players and staff that have really welcomed me when I first came in. I feel personally coming here I can get the best out of myself going into the current season in the right environment and to show my best ability as we look to have a successful season as a team."

Manager Paul McLean on his new addition "Really pleased to get Bryan on board. He’s a type of player we have been trying to add to bring something different to the group. He has real pace and can take a man on outside and inside. I’m sure once he gets up to full fitness he will be a great addition for us."

With Colin Nelson adding "Fantastic news for us to announce Bryan has signed. He's a lad we first spotted 2 or 3 seasons back for Dundee United U18s/Reserves and he was always a direct tricky player with good pace. Then after a good loan spell at Broxburn, he always showed up well against us. The manager and I identified he is someone we would love to bring in quite early so it's taken a bit time. Bryan can play off either wing and will be a massive addition to an already competitive squad."
