'Blue Brazil Pie' maker wins top award

Local butcher Tom Courts Quality Foods Ltd, supplier of the 'Blue Brazil Pie', has won a top acolade after becoming the first butcher in Scotland to achieve the Food Standard Agency's Eat Safe Award.

The mulit-award winning foodhall became the official supplier of pies to Cowdenbeath FC in the summer - you can enjoy your half-time pie from Scotland's top butcher at Central Park on match day.
