Morton seals loan move

Hearts prospect Jordan Morton completed his loan move to Cowden on Friday and goes straight into the squad for the game against Dundee United.

The talented midfielder, who can operate on the left or right, has agreed a 6-month deal and will provide competition in the wide areas.

The 19-year old impressed Colin Cameron as a trialist during pre-season and followed up a double against Spartans with the opener against his parent club on Tuesday night.

Morton progressed through the youth ranks at Clyde before earning a move to Tynecastle 2 years ago.
