The proverbial game of two halves saw a third successive draw in Central Park’s closing game of 2017.

Gary Bollan made one change to his side from the Edinburgh City game with Robbie Buchanan replacing Connor Scullion in the starting line up.

With just two minutes gone keeper Smith caught a Swann cross with Muirhead ready to pounce.

Buchanan then headed wide while after 15 minutes Smith turned an angled shot from Muirhead around the post.

The breakthrough however came with 27 minutes gone when Muirhead got on the end of a Swann cross but saw his header come off the bar, but Robbie BUCHANAN was on hand to slot home the rebound.

Both McMenamin and Ross Dunlop both came close for the Warriors while McGurn dived to save from McGuigan.

Then five minutes from the break Brad Smith fired in a long range shot which was turned for a corner by Smith.

The second half opened with Cook sending a shot high over while McGurn saved a 25 yard drive from McGuigan in 55 minutes.

Three minutes later a shot from Scott came off the post but a minute later the visitors were back on level terms.

Scott’s shot came off the bar and top scorer Mark McGuigan shot home from the rebound.

Minutes later Smith saved a 20 yard shot from Muirhead while at the other end McGurn denied Cook.

McGurn then saved from sub Longworth with Muirhead sending a shot wide at the other end.

Malcom then sent a shot from the edge of the box over the bar and a minute later Brad Smith and sub Connelly worked their way through the Warriors box with the later seeing his shot saved by Smith.

Connelly then saw an angled shot hit the side netting while in the closing minutes McGurn saved from both McGuigan and Longworth to earn a point.
